Claravista 1 is in spacious grounds with just one other Claravista Villa, the 2 villas share their own private solar heated swimming pool and large gardens. Claravista 1 can also be booked together with Claravista 2 for larger parties. Only 2 minute walk to the beach and amenities, there is a large private terrace off the Master Bedroom and other bedrooms have Juliet balconies.

Each villa has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one En-suite (Bath, shower cubical, WC, and hand basin) and a Main bathroom with large walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. Each villa sleeps 6, (7 with extra bed); there is an additional toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining room are spacious with comfortable furniture, Satellite TV, DVD, and Bluetooth Speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-freezer, Drinks Fridge, Hob, Oven Microwave and Dishwasher. There is a laundry area with Washing Machine, Ironing Board, Iron and a 2nd Fridge Freezer for Drinks and Ice.

There is a beautiful sea view from the villa, the beach is only a couple of minutes away and is close to a really good variety of restauants offering something for all tastes, In the summer months there are water sports on the beach and there is a water park about 15 minutes by car or bus.

The ground floor has has split level lounge/diner, with Patio Doors to a large covered terrace - a Fully fitted kitchen and Laundry Area. All bedrooms are on the first floor - Master Bedroom with large terrace with stunning sea views and Twin bedrooms have Juliette Balconies.

1 Double with En-Suite (with Bath & Shower Cubicle, 2 singles with twins, one can be made up as a Super-king or a fold up bed for additional guest. Cots are also avaialble for infants.
