The kitchen is of a good size with top and bottom storage, granite work surfaces, washing machine, electric hob and oven and fridge freezer, there is a handy utility storage area to the rear of the kitchen.

Arboleas, with its 5000 inhabitants, has became one of the inland towns of the Almeria province with a faster growing over the last ten years.

Arboleas population is characterized by a dispersed distribution in suburban areas and cortijadas (population gathered around cortijos –country houses-). The town is home to 20 different nationalities, being British the majority of the population.

The population of the municipality has been traditionally an emigrant one but, since the beginning of the 90s, Arboleas has started to recieve people from other countries.
