ACCOMMODATION: This fantastic refurbished 2 bedroom apartment bedroom apartment with south facing private terrace is situated only 2 minute walk to the beach front and amenities. The position of the complex means it is quiet but only 2 minutes of flat walking to the front.

The complex has a lovely pool in amongst gardens and is clean and well kept. The apartment is on the third floor and on the end of the block which is as private as can be on a complex but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Lounge : The apartment opens into a large bright modern furnished lounge/dining area with terrace doors leading out onto the south facing terrace.

Kitchen Area: The newly well planned fitted kitchen has a good range of cupboard space, induction hob, washing machine situated on the terrace, dishwasher and combi oven and microwave.

Local Golf:

Golf is located on Mojacar Playa and it is a golf course with character: nine of the holes are situated perfectly and directly at the beach on flat terrain and the second nine are situated on the other side of a hill, with a different view and climate. Here the spectacular and difficult tee-offs are especially notable.
